Waidi, Co-founder and CEO of Code Green Solar Limited, is a development economist, chartered manager, and finance professional with over 20 years of experience. He is currently a PhD candidate in Economics at Witten/Herdecke University, Germany, specializing in development economics, agricultural value chains, and sustainable economic development.
His academic background includes degrees in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (M.A., Witten/Herdecke University) and Business Administration (M.B.A., Don Bosco University), along with many certifications including in systemic change, public accounting and financial analysis. Adebayo has held various leadership roles, including Finance Director at 21st Century Evolution and Head of Finance at CDS Global Ltd. His research, published in Q1 journals like Sustainable Development and Heliyon, focuses on the intersection of sustainability, food security, and economic reform.
